Ever wanted to join our team of Chefs for the day and learn a few secrets of the trade?

Your day will commence at 9.30am when, after coffee, you will get to work with your own chef. After a quick lunch, you’ll be back to your station during service to see how the kitchen really ticks. You can finish around 2.30pm with Afternoon Tea in the lounge. Or, for the real chef experience, feel free to come back and work the evening shift. Places are strictly limited and available Monday to Thursday only. Chef’s whites provided.

£75 per guest

Alternatively, stay overnight from £170.00 per person including dinner, Full English breakfast. “Chef for the Day”, working lunch and afternoon tea. If only one guest wishes to do the “Chef for the Day” experience, (whilst maybe the other is shopping in Yarm!) then rates start at £265.00 per night and include everything except the kitchen bit!
